Vicky is the Thomas Miller sponsored officer cadet under the Maritime London Officer Cadet Scheme.
Warsash's Deck Officer Cadet programme splits into three academic phases and two practical seagoing phases leading to a Deck Officer's Certificate of Competency (STCW'95 II/I OOW) as well as a foundation degree in Marine Operations
A science graduate from Cornwall, Victoria is already a qualified RYA Yacht Master and Powerboat Instructor. As well as a passion for seamanship, she is also a keen horsewoman.

The UK has implemented a number of sanctions in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The applicable UK legislation is The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, which has been amended by eight additional regulations (the “Amendments”).
