All Member documentation, both Certificates of Entry and Blue Cards, was completed and issued by 20th February this year.  Electronic copies will have been emailed individually to Members, but the documentation can also be quickly referenced by logging on to the Members Area of this website.

Hard copies of the 2013 Rules and Correspondents book are being mailed and should be with all Members shortly.  As usual the book contains a global directory of the Thomas Miller P&I and Club branch staff including after hours contacts.  A full directory of Club correspondents worldwide is also included in the same publication.

PDF copies of the Rules and the Addenda Owners and Charterers clauses are also available to download from this website.

As the Club’s contact information is subject to change through out the year. The Club maintains an up to date searchable contact list for both correspondents and its management and representative staff.

The banner head of our home page includes links to search for Club contacts latest details.  After Office Hours is a list of emergency and after office hours (AOH) contacts which is updated weekly to show the duty contact executive for every office and syndicate.  List of Correspondents links to database of our correspondents searchable by country or port.

The Making Contact section of the website provides a quick and easy route to identifying any of the staff in the Club’s international office network and includes a profile of their role and expertise within the Club.
