Arnold is a Senior Claims Executive and handles both P&I and FD&D claims. 

He joined Thomas Miller in 2020, after working in a leading Hong Kong law firm and another IG P&I Club. 

Arnold holds a LLB degree from Dalian Maritime University and a LLM degree from the University of Hong Kong. He is also a lawyer of the People's Republic of China. 

He speaks English, Mandarin, and some Cantonese.
