David joined Thomas Miller in September 2022 and has over 25 years of experience handling all types of P&I and FD&D type disputes.

He moved to Hong Kong in 2013 to head up another IG Club office and after a period in Greece from 2018 returned to Hong Kong to take charge of another IG Club office in 2020. 

David holds a law degree from the University of Plymouth and a Master's degree from Southampton University.
