Margaret joined Thomas Miller in 2017 from a fixed premium P&I underwriter. Previously, she worked for a leading ship management company and a chartering operator. Margaret graduated from Dalian Maritime University, and holds a Master of Common Law Degree from the University of Hong Kong. She is a qualified PRC lawyer. Margaret speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
