John is a Senior Claims Director and specialises in handling people-related claims. He works closely with Members involved in the cruise and ferry sectors, and has particular expertise in handling passenger ship casualties, including cruise curtailments and occupational disease claims. 

John joined Thomas Miller in 1987 and has over 35 years' experience in P&I, including more than 30 years' experience handling people-related claims. He is also experienced in contract review work. 

John has a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies.
