Andrew is the Club's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and has overall responsibility for all matters within the Club.

He is also the Chairman of the Data Analytics Committee, a member on the Brand and Communication Committee as well as The International Group Managers Meeting.

Andrew joined Thomas Miller is December 2007 as Financial Controller of the UK P&I Club from Big 4 accounting firm KPMG, where he specialised in the insurance sector. He was the Chief Financial Officer for the Club from 2014-2018.

In June 2018, Andrew was appointed Chief Executive Officer for the UK P&I Club and then appointed to the Board of Thomas Miller Holdings in February 2020, which has oversight of Thomas Miller's international businesses.

He has also been a member of the Board of UK Europe since July 2014. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA).
