Lisa is the Club's Chief Operating Officer (COO), with responsibility for the Club's operations worldwide. 

Lisa joined Thomas Miller as Group CIO in April 2021 with over 25 years of Board and Business expertise of building and leading global IT and operations in Financial Services Organisations. In 2023 Lisa was appointed as CEO of Thomas Miller Specialty Division.

Lisa has spent the last 23 years building her career in insurance working with Aon, Aspen as Chief of Operations responsible for defining the business operating model, business transformation, operational shared services and a member of the Group Executive Committee and more recently acted as Interim CIO for MS Amlin focused on developing the IT strategy and transforming the IT capabilities with particular focus on operational risk reduction and regulatory compliance.

Lisa is a trustee of ‘The Not Forgotten’ charity and sits on a technology advisory board.
