Duncan is the Club's Operations Director, with responsibility for analysing the needs of the P&I Club, providing information to key organisations, and developing new systems and procedures to meet the changing requirements of the industry. 

He joined Thomas Miller in 2000, working as a Technician in the P&I Underwriting department and then progressing to a Senior Technician / client facing role primarily dealing with the US, UK and German areas, as well as specialising in the Club's cruise business. 

He has been involved in projects including the introduction of the Europe Club, new P&I systems, Part VII transfer, regulatory institutions, and data quality.
