Dee is a Senior Claims Director, with a particular focus on people claims, and a member of the Bodily Injury team. 

She has worked closely with many cruise lines members over the past 10 years, handling all types of injury and illness claims, as well as cruise curtailment claims. 

She joined Thomas Miller in 2007, having practiced law in New York City for many years with a well-known maritime law firm, focusing on both general cargo and bodily injury claims. Dee has been admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and is also a member of the MLA.

Her areas of expertise include US maritime litigation, bodily injury and mediations.
