Toshiyuki Kawana joined TMKK in September 2019, having worked as an underwriter in the Japan Branch of a European based International Group P&I Club where his main focus was for Japanese owner and charterer members, as well as offshore contractors. He has had previously gained experience working in both an insurance and reinsurance company.
