Panama Canal – Increase of maximum authorized draft for vessels transiting the Neopanamax locks – from 8 July 2020

Members are referred to the Panama Canal Authority (ACP)’s Advisory No. A-25-2020 dated 7 July, 2020 announcing that the Maximum Authorized Draft for vessels transiting the Neopanamax locks is now 14.33 m (47.0 feet) Tropical Fresh Water (TFW).

The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) has issued a new Advisory A‐15‐2017 which clarifies certain issues relating to requirements under the ACP's fuel regulations for all vessels transiting the Panama Canal.
