Clause 6 - Assureds and Successors Bound by Terms and Conditions
A. All contracts of insurance effected by the Club shall, save and insofar as they contain any special terms inconsistent herewith, be deemed to incorporate and shall incorporate all the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
B. An Assured or other person (including an insurer to be reinsured under Clause 11) by whom or on whose behalf an application is made for insurance or reinsurance by the Club shall be deemed to have agreed not only on its own behalf but also on behalf of its successors and each of them that both it and they will in every respect be subject to and bound by the provisions of these Terms & Conditions and by any contract of insurance with the Club.
