Standard Cover
We offer mutual P&I cover to owners of offshore and energy vessels, as well as fixed-premium P&I cover for owners of non-poolable or specialist units. We also offer charterers P&I cover for charterers of offshore vessels and units on a flexible and fixed-premium basis. Market-wide limits are available.
Additional Covers
In additional to our standard cover, we offer additional covers for enhanced and specialist risks to both Owners and Charterers of vessels involved in offshore drilling and production operations, as well as cover for specialist offshore and underwater operations, onerous contractual obligations and extended contractual liabilities.
Specialist Operations: reinstatement of full standard P&I cover suspended during Specialist Operations, such as dredging, blasting, pile-driving, well-intervention, cable or pipelaying, construction, installation or maintenance work, core sampling, mining, depositing of soil, power generation, decommissioning and other such similar operations.
Underwater Operations: reinstatement of full standard P&I cover suspended during the operation of submarines, mini-submarines, diving bells or remotely operated vehicles or equipment or where the entered ship is used for professional or commercial diving operations.
Extended contractual liability: covering Members' contractual liabilities for third-party personal injury or property damage, voluntary wreck removal and naming project partners as additional assureds and waiving rights of subrogation.
Care, custody or control: covering Members' contractual liabilities for third-party personal injury or property damage, or pollution emanating from third-party property, when such people or property are deemed to be in the Member's care, custody or control.
Marine employer’s liability: covering non-seafarers who are normally assigned to the Member's entered ship or unit, or seafarers providing works and services away from the Member's entered ship.
Offshore supply and towage: covering the Member's extended contractual liability in relation to towage by or of the entered ship or unit.
Seepage & Pollution: covering the Member's extended liability, for seepage and pollution, specific to the Member's entered ship's or unit's scope of work (for Members entered on the Offshore Terms & Conditions only).

Contract Review
The Club offers a complimentary contract review service to help Members understand where gaps in their standard P&I cover might arise, and what can be done to amend contract terms to bring them within their existing cover. Where gaps remain, we can provide tailored extended contractual liability cover.

The Club offers one of the most comprehensive support packages for loss prevention available in the market, with a team of experts aiming to offset rising claims and maintain quality among Members.
