UKNV is regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB, registration number R161589) and Authoriteit Financiele Markten (AFM). It provides insurance and reinsurance for marine and transport industry risks, operating a fronting model for EEA-based members of the Club and other mutual Clubs managed by Thomas Miller.
UKNV has granted a general delegated underwriting authority to Thomas Miller B.V. (CoC 72109106) based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands for its underwriting and claims activities. UKNV has granted a specific delegated underwriting authority for fixed premium P&I insurance to Thomas Miller Specialties GmbH in Hamburg, Germany.
