Helen is a Claims Executive in EMEA 2.

Prior to joining the UK P&I Claims team, she worked as an Insurance and Claims Officer for a ship management company and another IG P&I Club, where she handled a variety of P&I claims for nearly three years at each organisation.

She has completed both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in International Shipping and Transport Logistics. Originally from Hong Kong, Helen is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
