Matthew is a Senior Claims Executive and is a member of the Bodily Injury team and the Contract Review team. Matthew also specializes in Charterer claims.  

Matthew joined Thomas Miller in 2019. Prior to joining, he practiced maritime law in the San Francisco, CA. 

Matthew is a graduate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is currently a member of the California State Bar, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, and the Passenger Vessel Association. He is also a past-President of the Pacific Admiralty Seminar.
