Edgar is the UK P&I Club’s Shanghai Representative, with responsibility for claims advisory and marketing liaison.
He joined the Club in 1994.
His experience includes being a Claims Executive in Hong Kong for six years, handling UK Club and TT Club claims.
Edgar has a social science degree.
He also speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
