The Human Behaviours Safety Training programme, delivered in partnership with leading aviation trainers CAE, applies aviation-standard human performance principles to maritime operations.

This two day introduction workshop aims to help strengthen decision-making, communication, leadership styles and error-management skills to help seafarers operate more safely and effectively on the bridge and in the engine room.
