Annual General Meeting update

The Annual General Meeting of the Club was held in Shanghai on Monday 3^rd November 2025.

Report and Accounts

The Report and Accounts for the period ended 20th February 2025 were approved and adopted.

Election of Directors

Since the Annual General Meeting in November 2024, notices of resignation had been received from Kayo Fujiwara, Fernando Mascarenhas, and Riad Zein.  In addition, Edouard Louis-Dreyfus, Ibrahim Güngen, and Polys Hajioannou had each reached the end of their term of office and stepped down as Members’ Committee Directors at the Annual General Meeting.

All eight Directors due for re-election to the Members’ Committee were re-elected.

In addition, the following new Directors were elected to the Members’ Committee:

Tomás Arantes of Petrobras Transporte S/A - TRANSPETRO, Brazil.

Howard Flanders of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd, Miami.

Nick Potter of AET, Singapore, and MISC Group, Kuala Lumpur.

Auditors

Deloitte LLP were re-appointed as the Club’s auditors.
