Jeong-Sook Kim

Ms. Jeong-Sook Kim is a Senior Underwriting Director at the UK P&I Club with initial responsibility for the Korean market.

Ms. Kim joined the UK P&I Club in August 2026. Prior to joining the Club, she held a number of senior positions within the P&I insurance market and, most recently, was a Senior Associate in Campbell Johnston Clark's specialist shipping team.

With more than 30 years' experience spanning the shipping, insurance and legal sectors across Asia, Ms. Kim brings significant expertise in underwriting, broker engagement, claims management and international portfolio development. Her extensive market knowledge and longstanding industry relationships will further strengthen the Club's presence in Korea and support its continued growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ms. Kim is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and a qualified lawyer. She is fluent in English and Korean.
