SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING 14TH FEBRUARY 2006

The Directors of the UK P&I Club, at their meeting in Monte Carlo on 2nd February 2006, considered and approved the proposed amendments to the Rules.

Consequently, a Special General Meeting to adopt the Resolutions to amend the Rules will be held on 14th February 2006, as announced in Circular 1/06.

The draft agreements - Small Tanker Oil Pollution Indemnification Agreement 2006 (STOPIA 2006) and Tanker Oil Pollution Indemnification Agreement (TOPIA) can be viewed on the Club website - www.ukpandi.com.
