9月～翌年4月にかけて、クサギカメムシ(BMSB)のシーズンが到来します。BMSBは侵入害虫で、オーストラリアやニュージーランドの農業に深刻な脅威をもたらしており、車両やコンテナなどの貨物に紛れて侵入することが多くあります。遅延や航路変更、荷揚げの拒否といった事態を避けるためにも、処理や検査を含むBMSB規則を厳格に順守することが不可欠です。
