Saidul Alom

Saidul is a P&I Operations Analyst at the UK P&I Club, with responsibility for delivering strategic change initiatives and business outcomes that support the Club’s objectives. His role focuses on driving operational improvements, embedding sustainable behavioural change, realising business benefits, and supporting the delivery of the Club’s IT strategy. He also develops and enhances processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

He joined the UK P&I Club in 2002 and has over 22 years of experience across operational, risk management and business change functions. He spent most of his career in the Safety & Risk Management department, where he developed extensive expertise in crew welfare, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. More recently, he has moved into business change, leading process improvement, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness across the Club.
