SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING – 26TH JANUARY 2004

AMENDMENT TO WAR RISKS EXCLUSION

At the Special General Meeting held on 26th January, 2004, the proposed amendment to Rule 5E relating to the Club’s war risks exclusion in respect of pollution and passenger liabilities was approved, and the Resolution as set out in the Notice of the Meeting was passed.

The amendment will come into effect from 12 noon Greenwich Mean Time on 20th February, 2004.
