Circular 16/20: SGM and proposed name change

• The Resolution for consideration at the SGM on 24th September 2020 ref Circular 9/20 was passed.

TO THE MEMBERS

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Special General Meeting held on 24th September 2020 in London, the proposed change of company name for The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association (Europe) Limited was approved by the Members. The Resolution as set out in the Notice of Meeting attached to Circular 9/20 was passed.

With effect from 20 February 2021 the name of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association (Europe) Limited will change to The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association Limited. The Managers will also change their name on that same date from Thomas Miller P&I (Europe) Limited to Thomas Miller P&I Limited.
