RASI II- Thomas Miller Challenge Trophy

On Sat 22nd April RASI II took place on the water linking Sentosa to Singapore. The event saw six teams compete for the Thomas Miller Trophy in order to raise funds for Mission to Seafarers.
Crew Health Advice: Obesity

The Crew Health team recently analysed data from 900+ crew medical examinations where multiple illnesses were highlighted. Over 200 crewmembers failed their pre-sea medical examination due to a combination of serious illnesses in addition to obesity.

The UK P&I Club Crew Health team hosted a 20th Anniversary dinner at "Shang Palace" restaurant, Shangri-La Hotel, Makati, Manila on Saturday 18th March 2017.
January 1st, 2020, has been set as the implementation date for a significant reduction in the sulphur content of the fuel oil used by ships.
In October 2016 the U.S. Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") announced further amendments to the Cuban Asset Control Regulations ("CACR"), which restrict the scope of the application of the "180 day rule," by permitting ships to carry a wider range of cargos to be imported to Cuba from third countries without their being subject to the '180 day rule'.
