On 1st December 2021 The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association Limited (UKC) transfer to R&Q Gamma Company Limited (R&Q Gamma) the occupational diseases liabilities in respect of cover provided by UKC between 1 January 1935 and 20 February 2001 by means of an insurance business transfer scheme under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 was approved.
