Circular 16/26: Notice of Special General Meeting on 08th October 2026

A Special General Meeting of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association Limited will be held on 08th October 2026 in London. 

Further to our recent communications regarding the forthcoming UK P&I Club Special General Meeting (SGM) on Thursday 8th October 2026, at which Members will be asked to vote on the proposed merger of the UK P&I Club and the TT Club, all Members have been sent the following papers for that meeting:

1. Notice of the SGM, which includes details of the two resolutions on which Members are being asked to vote;
2. A letter covering the proxy form and Schedule of Votes for their fleet, and setting out instructions for voting;
3. Circular 16/26, which provides an overview and introduces the other papers;
4. Appendix A to Circular 16/26, which sets out the amended Articles; and
5. A Member Information Pack.

Please note that completed proxy forms must reach the Club Secretariat UKClubAGM@thomasmiller.com no later than 48 hours before the Meeting.
