BIMCO publishes Cyber Security Clause
BIMCO has just published a cyber security clause addressing the contractual issues that can arise from a cyber security incident. The UK Club’s Francesco Tundo was a member of the drafting sub-committee. Francesco’s article on the clause, found on the UK Defence Club’s website, can be accessed here.
