Phil was appointed as the Club's Chief Service Officer (CSO) in March 2024, with responsibility for managing the Club’s service initiatives.

He will be working closely with our operational service teams, helping to maintain the continuous development of our people and ensuring we have the levels of expertise and experience to provide service exceeding Member expectations.

Coordination with our IT and operations specialists will allow optimisation of service levels to Members and business partners through improved tools and technology.

With an MBA and claims servicing background, Phil has previously held the positions of Area Director for Greece, operating out of Piraeus for 6 years, European Area Director and P&I Club COO.
