Philip Clacy

Philip has a degree in nautical studies and an MBA. He joined Thomas Miller in 1986 and was an Area Director before moving to Greece in October 2002. He returned to the London office in November 2008 where he became the Syndicate Manager for LS2, with responsibility for overseeing the service provision to the European Membership. Philip was the Club's Deputy Claims Director, before becoming the Joint Chief Operating Officer in December 2016.

With effect from 2 March 2018, Phil was appointed Chief Operating Officer for the UK P&I Club.
