IG launch Review into the Delay in Contracting and Engagement of Salvage Services in Marine Casualties

The Group’s Salvage Committee have launched a report which provides a review into Delays in the Contracting of Salvage services in Marine Casualties.
It is widely recognised that the prompt engagement of emergency responders to a marine casualty is paramount in minimising risk to life, the environment and property.
