Ask an Expert: LNG Quality Sampling
In the latest series of 'Ask an Expert' Ansuman Ghosh spoke with Sven Lataire of SGS about the specific purposes, methods, challenges, advantages and disadvantages, and future trends of gas sampling.
Joining Ansuman Ghosh, Director of Risk Assessment was Sven Lataire, Global LNG Manager at SGS to discuss his role within SGS, why gas sampling is required and the specific purposes it serves within the gas supply chain. Sven also analysed the different methods of gas sampling and gave an in-depth explanation on the specific high-level advantages and disadvantages in using these different methods. Finally, Sven provided a perspective on the current and probable future trends of gas sampling.
