Paul joined Thomas Miller in 1996 as senior claims executive. Since 1999, he has worked primarily with the Japanese membership as an Area Director, Syndicate Manager and then becoming Regional Director for Japan in 2015. He spends his time between the London and Tokyo offices. He is also responsible for the Rules and Bye-Laws of the Club.
