Tom is a Regional Claims Director in the New Jersey office handling P&I and Defence claims. 

He joined Thomas Miller in September 2019 after 25+ years as a partner with two leading US law firms specializing in maritime matters. Prior to this, he built, tested and sailed aboard US Navy submarines as a marine and nuclear engineer. 

As a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, Tom has sailed aboard various vessels and holds a US Coast Guard license as a Third Engineer.
