中国:上海および浙江省MSAが低硫黄燃料油の使用規制の早期実施を発表
長江大気汚染物質排出規制エリア(Yangtze River Delta ECA)を管轄する上海および浙江省のMSAは、低硫黄燃料油（硫黄分0.5%以下）の使用規制を前倒しし、2018年10月1日より実施すると発表しました。詳細は現地コレスポンデンツHuataiのCircular PNI1814をご参照ください。
