ベネズエラの港における海上交通規制

UKクラブは現地コレスポンデンツGLOBALPANDIよりベネズエラの港の海上交通規制に関して添付の回覧を受領しました。
同国内の政情不安、特に2月23日に予定された人道支援物資の搬入をめぐり政府は国境封鎖を行いました。これは各港の港長管轄の海域の海上交通規制を含んでいますので、ご注意ください。

The UK Club have received the attached circular from correspondents GLOBALPANDI, regarding traffic restrictions in Venezuelan ports.

As a result of the political unrest throughout the country, especially in the light of the announced arrival of humanitarian aid on 23rd February 2019, the Executive has taken measures to close maritime borders which imply restrictions for maritime traffic being enforced by the local Harbour Masters.

Members are strongly advised to monitor through their agents/correspondents local developments, in order to properly assess operational and security issues.
