David Griffiths

David is a solicitor of England and Wales.

He joined Thomas Miller in November 2022, having previously worked in the legal department of a global marine fuel supplier.

He has over 7 years of expertise in the oil, gas and marine industries, and specialises in marine fuel quality and quantity claims (including GCMS and FTIR), and oil cargo demurrage claims. He was also previously a certified IICL Container Surveyor.
