Legal Update - 中国渤海湾：廟島群島（Miaodao Archipelago）海域の航行規制

渤海湾を入出航する船舶は廟島群島（Miaodao Archipelago）の周辺海域で航行海域が制限されていますが、航行禁止海域に侵入する外国船舶が3年間で約10件ほど報告されています。同海域における航行規制はECDISに記載されていますのでご注意ください。

Navigation restrictions around the Miaodao Archipelago are published on ECDIS, and navigation warnings and notices are issued to mariners sailing in the region.

There has nevertheless been approximately 10 cases of breach of these navigation restrictions annually for the last three years. The Club's correspondents in China, Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd, have issued the attached Circular no. PNI1905 to remind Members of the current navigation restrictions.
