台湾- 彰化洋上風力発電所の周辺海域航行に関する新たな事前報告要件

当クラブのコレスポンデンツTaiwanTransport Insurance Services Ltd (TTIS) によりますと、2021年10月26日以降、彰化洋上風力発電所(Changhua Wind Farm) 周辺の特定海域を航行する船舶に、当局への事前通知を求める新規則が施行されるとのことです。

The UK Club’s correspondents, Taiwan Transport Insurance Services Ltd. (TTIS), have kindly notified that the new pre-arrival notification rules in Taiwan for Changhua Wind Farm Channel will take effect on 26 October 2021.

According to the Sailing Direction, all vessels (except Taiwan military, government and Taiwanese fishing vessels) must declare to Changhua Offshore Wind Farm Vessel Traffic Services (Changhua VTS) eight hours in advance of entering the channel. A failure to provide a pre-arrival notification could result in a fine of NTD500,000 (approximately US$18,000).
