Mitsuhiro joined the Club's Tokyo office in April 2023 as a Claims Executive having come from 14 years of experience in Japanese and foreign shipping companies where he held roles as Chief Officer, Port Captain, and in ship commercial operation ashore.

He also holds a Master's license and an MBA.
