イエメン: マーラ・ドックでの喫水制限

当クラブのコレスポンデンツGACは、イエメンのマーラ・ドックに入る船舶の喫水に関するアデン港湾当局の通達を伝えています。この通達では10.4mの喫水制限に違反した場合、1センチごとに罰金が科されるとのことですので、ご注意ください。

UK Club Correspondents, GAC, in Yemen, have provided the below Circular outlining the obligation concerning the arrival draft of the ship at Malla docks. Members may risk of being fined for any violation of the obligation on the depth of water.

Subject : Circulation no. 4 in the year 2021

        With reference to the above subject  and since some of the ship owners have neglected the obligation about the depth of water in Malla docks which was mentioned by the port authorities and it is considered as violation of the system in force and so it is decided to inform you all that it is necessary  to abide with the rules on entering the ship at the dock of Malla  and it is important  that ship’s arrival draft should not  exceed 10.4m and those who ignore this would be fined as follow:

1- If the arrival draft of the ship exceeds to 10.5m to 10.7m then the amount of the fine would be  $100 for every centimeter.

2-  If the arrival draft of the ship exceeds to 10.7m  to 10.85m then the amount of fine would be $700 for every centimeter.

All the shipping agents should abide with this circular and inform their principals.

The work according to the circular begins from 01/02/2021
